| 2 | M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls all as specified and filling cracks/hole by applying walls and ceiling putty (multipurpose mixer will be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller complete incl removal of nails etc and grinding where necessary all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- work will be executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services and work can carried out upto fourth storey) |
