Construction of Hut / Gazebo as per approved drawing and enclosed photograph having rectangular RCC platform at ground level covering overall size 5.79 mtr × 4.57 mtr (approx 19 ft × 15 ft) with raised plinth.Plinth area shall be approx 26.45 Sqm, plinth height 0.60 mtr from ground level, provided with three equal RCC steps having rise 0.15 mtr each, including one side gentle slope RCC ramp of width 1.00 mtr, complete in all respects. The structure shall consist of RCC columns (minimum 6 Nos., preferably 8 Nos.) of circular / square section having minimum dia 0.23 mtr, complete with required reinforcement, starting from plinth level. First roof level height shall not be less than 3.00 mtr from plinth level, total covered area of first roof not less than 23.70 Sqm. Roof shall be constructed in RCC / GI structural framework with sloping / frustum cone shape, frustum height minimum 0.60 mtr, and thickness of roof slab not less than 0.125 mtr. Provision of second upper decorative roof having minimum 1.80 mtr dia at bottom with cone height 0.60 mtr at center, difference of level between both roofs not less than 1.00 mtr, complete in all respects. Foundation shall be adequately designed to bear the load of complete structure including both roof levels, as per PWD / Nagarpalika specifications. Providing and fixing minimum 8 to 10 Nos. round RCC sitting benches, width 0.45 mtr and thickness 0.10 mtr, complete with required reinforcement in M–20 grade RCC. All RCC works shall be carried out in M–20 grade concrete, including shuttering, reinforcement, curing, etc., complete. Finishing shall be done with ornamental plaster in rich cement mortar, finished to resemble wooden / bamboo / balli design, using white cement oxide colour, finished in wood texture shade (two or more coats) as per enclosed photograph, to give aesthetic appearance. The entire work shall be completed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and to the full satisfaction of Nagarpalika authorities, complete in all respects.
