Note :- (i)The quoted rates shall deemed to include for the transportation, T&P, Labours from site to yard. |
| 2 | Supply and Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Transformer, Step-down, 11/0.433 volts, outdoor type, AC 3 Phase, 50 Hz, double copper wound, oil immersed,naturally cooled (ON AN)with external coolingtubes/fins, vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on (LV side) to vary secondary voltage within limit at ± 2.5% to be changed by means of hand operatedoff load tappings on HT side, all as per IS:1180 Part-III (2021) of capacity 100 KVA capacity along with all standerd fittings shall comprise of the following:-(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of 3 Nos porcelin bushings with copper rods complete with nuts & bolts along with washer including gasket.(b) One cable box on LT side (secondry side) consisting of 4 Nos porcelin bushings with copper rods complete with nuts & bolts along with washer including gasket.(c) Oil conservator with oil level guge. (d) Dehydating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica gel) (e) Explosion vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug, air release valve plug & 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One 100 mm dia dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120°c having maximum temparature reading indicator with resetting. (g) Two earthing terminals on tnk cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate & terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new & unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make-Power oil) & tested upto 40 KV di-electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. Note : (i)The rates include for supplying transformers with all standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning. (ii) The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength included in quoted rates) (iii) Transformershall be fitted with MS channel of size 100x50mm below the transformer wheel complete set painted with two coats of cement base paint over a primer complete as per specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge. |

| 12 | M&L for earthing to electric equipments / panels etc with and including galvanized MS earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides, excavation & earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50m including galvanized mild steel strip 32mm x 6mm as earth lead, welding at top of electrode and other end of strip connected to equipment body/panel/test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure,GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 3.00 metre above ground level fixed along equipment body/panel with and including 25x3mm FI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers, PCCchamber (1:3:6) type C1, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering, 75 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frameetc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling, taking out old existing unserviceable earthing & depositing to MES store. |
