Providing and constructing Brick work with Common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks class designation 7.5 exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Provision for Reinforcing for reinforced concrete works (TMT Bars).

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Applying and finishing the exterior surface of the office building walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of approved shade with 2 coats after proper cleaning the old surface including cost of all material and labour charges.

Applyingsynthetic enamel paint to the existing windows, grills of approved brand/ shade with 2 coats after proper cleaning the old surface including cost of all material and labour charges.
