191	METAL FIRE DOOR Providing and fixing of Metal Fire door from ISO 9001:2015 certified Manufacturer. Fire doors must satisfy the requirement of latest NBC 2016 Part 4 for Fire & Life Safety guidelines for 120 minutes Fire Rating. The Prototype sample of the door must carry a prior test evidence as per IS 3614 part-2 / BS 476 Part 20 & 22 . The manufacturer must submit the copy of test evidence prior to start of production .The offered test certificate should either carries it\"s Validity or certificate must not be older than 5 years from CBRI / NABL Accreditated Lab i.e Spectro / International Lab i.e Exova / TBW/equivalent etc . Recommended fire door must also been certified by a third party evaluation program from approved International agency like IFC/ Intertek/ Certifire/equivalent and must carry a lable on all doors . All doors should be finished with Powder coating in desired regular RAL Shades. The Contractor must quote rates accordingly. No extra claims shall be entertained at any stage for change in aluminum profile wall thickness, size & dimensions. The anchoring/ bracing of the glazings to the RCC slab/ beams/ columns shall be done with required no. of Stainless Steel extended brackets of approved design with approved dash fasteners of minimum 12mm dia and depth of minimum 100mm in the concrete and Stainless steel bolts including providing and fixing of aluminium shims of various thickness to adjust the beam level & line variations.
