Cleaning , sweeping of all toilet, pantries glazed tiles, urinal seats, w.c. sinks wash basin, floor, tiles, fixture, doors windows, ventilators, ventilators glass of toilt of Community Hall at Sukh Vihar with duster hessian clothes, brooms using material required of approved quality such as cleanzo, cleaning, power, detergent, phenyl & acid etc. amd putting naphthalene balls, homocal cubes in urinals complete by engaging minimum 1 no. of EA per day with all required T&P in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge with all required T&P in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge and keep the toilet neat and clean.

Scavenging, brooming, cleaning and dusting of hall, room, pantry, corridors, veranddah, stair case and surrounding area of Parking Community Hall at Sukh Vihar, mooping of floor and skirting of Hall, room, pantry, corridor, verandah, stair, case with duster dipped in phenyl mixed with water daily two times all floor of Community Hall bin by engaging minimum 4 nos. of EA per day per block of 100 days- or part thereof complete as per the direction of engineer-in charge and disposal of rubbish to the nearest dust bin.

Providing of Caretaker for Government premises at DDA Community Hall Sukh Vihar for maintaining the record of all the belongings of premises and booking records and for attending the queries for booking of premises by deploying neatly dressed Caretaker in single shift of 8 hours (working time shall be decided by Engineer-in-charge) including all necessary T&P like stationary, seating arrangement, etc.complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
