Cleaning, sweeping of all toilets, pantries, glazed tiles, urinal seats, w.c. sinks, wash basin, floor,tiles,fixtures, doors, windows, ventilators, ventilators glass of toilets at Commuity Hall of D-Block, Anand Vihar on every 2nd day(Alternate days) or as per direction of engineer-in -charge with duster hessian clothes, brooms using material required of approved quality such as vleanzo, cleaning powder, detergent, phenyl & acid etc. and putting naphthalene balls, homocal cubes in urinals complete by engaging minimum 1 no. of EA with all required T&P in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in charge and keep the toilets neat and clean.

Scavenging brooming cleaning and dusting of Hall, room, pantry, corridors, veranda, stair case and surrounding area of parking, mopping of floor and skirting of Hall, room, pantry corridor, veranda, stair case with duster dipped in phenyl mixed with water, two times all floor at Community Hall D-Block, Anand Vihar on every 2nd day or as per direction of engineer-in-charge and dispossal of rubbish to the nearest dust bin by engaging minimum 106 nos. of EA per block of 100 days per block of 100 days-or part thereof complete with all required T&P in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge.

Providing of Caretaker for Government premises at DDA Community Hall Anand Viharfor maintaining the record of all the belongings of premises and booking records and for attending the queries for booking of premises by deploying neatly dressed Caretaker in single shift of 8 hours (working time shall be decided by Engineer-in-charge) including all necessary T&P like stationary, seating arrangement, etc.complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
