Supplying and Laying of mainland River sand (Granular type) for filtermedia of slow sand filter bed at Lucknow treatment plant, Mayabunder, North Andaman with effective size of sand 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm with uniformity coefficient of 1.50 mm complete including transportation from mainland to Lucknow treatment plant including cost all transportation charges by ship, truck & other means of transport with inclusive of all related tax in or upon to stacking the materials at site complete as per the directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and Laying of materials in position required for the filter media of slow sand filter as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of stone aggregates of various sizes and sand from the filter bed including t lift upto 3.00 mtr and stackingon open yard with a lead of 50 meters as per the directon of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the filter bed inner surface including removing the deposited slit and removing dirt etc including washing the surface with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with sedimentation tank & clorination chamber where ever required, without causing any scratching/damage to the filter bed structure and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours & scaffolding involved including lead & lift)
