2	M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors / levelling course for tiling and finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
3	M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of Premium quality area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 icomplete all as specified and directed.Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.[b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

7	Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including removing rubbish / debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km complete all as specified and as directed.
8	M & L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. [Notes: [a] Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. [b] The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded.[c] The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three numbers of grooves.
9	M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
10	M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

163	Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected with galvanised earth wire 4.0mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking out old perished earth pits complete all as directed.[Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 40mm thick with 8mm dia steel reinforcement bars at 150mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m including taking down old earrthing sets complete all as specified in preambles of SSR Part-II and as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.]
164	S & F in repairs 20mm dia Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. Complete all as directed
165	M & L for repairs to Panel board indoor type of approximate size (5.0x1.5x1.5 feet) sheet metal parts tinkering the parts and replacing fully corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, top plate, front cover, etc with appropriate gauge MS sheet including bending to match with the existing size, welding brazing and assembling including replacing all the nuts & bolts in MCBs and proper legging in cable and control wire sheet metal screws and painting the complete panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking the Qr No. of panel board in front side complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
166	S & F empty box having dimensions 600mm(W)x600(H)x170mm(D) made of polycarbonate with IP-65 degree of protection (EN60529), dust proof, water tight, acid resistant, corrosion resistant insulated & shock proof, fire retardant, Self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic materia, UV resistant with internally embedded gasketfitted with required terminals should have to be type test certificate and verified by glow wire in accordance with IEC60695-2-11 suitable for mounting of 8 Nos of Single phase energy meter including all fixing arrangemnents complete all as directed. 167	M & L for Overhauling of Geysers of 25 Lit capacity of any make by dismantling geyser by removing from its original position by disconnecting electric connection, inlet & outlet water supply connections, detecting the leakage by removing the copper vessel and rectifying by soldering, testing, refixing in position including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and replacement of minor spares such as heating element, thermostat, Plug top, indication lamp, PVC connection for Hot & Cold water, etc complete all as directed
