| 1 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioningof outdoor type plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 400 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector groupDYn-11, Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) andhaving tapings at -7.5% to 7.5% on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operatedoff load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LVwinding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius.The transformer shall be conforming to EEL-3 as per IS-1180 (Part - I) 2014 with latest ammendment 1,2,3 & 4 having total losses as per EEL -3 and shall comprise of the following:-(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, withcable glands (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, withcable glands(c) Oil conservator with drain valve and oil level guage.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill ofdehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Exhaust vent, air release valve, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug and four nos plain solid cast iron detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapourpressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guardhaving maximum perimeter temperature readingindicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover for earthing ofbody. (h)Name, Rating and diagram plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box forproviding independent set of earthing for neutral.(k) First fill of new transformer oil, IS-335 marked,filteredand tested upto 55 KV dielectric strength (l) Providing adequate size andnos of channels, embededin floor, for movement of transformer.Note :- (i) Transformer inspection & testing by representative of accepting officer shall be carried out in the premises manufacturer’s factory premises before dispatch, the rate of which included in above quoted rate.(ii) The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out SEI pre commissioning testing of transformer the ratein above quoted rate. (iii) The contractor shall responsible for all arrangement for carrying out of testing of the equipment |
| 2 | Material and labour for construction of Transformer plinth, outdoor type incl necessary excavation, levelling, spreading of gravels etc. complete with comprising the followings :-(a) Platform for Transformer :-M & L for Size 6000X3000X1700 mm (500 mm below GL & 1200 mm above GL) for installation of transformer with, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation, fly ash brick wall of 230 mm incl plastering with cement Mortar 1:4 incl filling under floors watering and well ramming with soil and 100 mm PCC 1:2:4 coping on the top of platform and two coats of Cement based paint over a coat of Primer incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces. including provn of steps in one side of plateform 1.0 Mtr wide(b) S & F Galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75 x 4mm dia, 2.1 Mtr high with swan neck,angle Iron postof 50x50x5mm with 40x4mm flat Iron fixed with nut & bolts, 10 mm dia rounded bars as in spacers and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide along with GI 2 strand barbed wire, PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 as in foundation incl necessary excavation and earth work. (c) M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in Sub base, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1(Using 20 mm graded stone agg) incl necessary excavation and earth work. 1 Mtr wide along both side of fencing all around the substation. (d) M&L for 1 Mtr wide Steel gate with locking arrangment including, two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of Zinc oxide primer incl preparation of surface incl necessary excavation and earth work . (e) Gravels of 40 mm upto 100 mm height all around the Platform up to 1 meter, path and inside the fencing.(f) Danger notice plate 02 Nos on the gate & fencing. |
