| 1 | Attending the urgent nature of complaint of 11 KV VCB/RMU/OCB installed at Air Force Stn Udhampur of any capacityonemergency call given byconcern JE, Engr-in- charge round the clock (any time of day or night) by providing skilled service engineer/mechanicfor locating the electrical / mechanical fault in respective spare parts ofOCB/VCB/RMU installed at various locations including rectification on the same dayor subsequent days upto the satificationlevel of the user/MES all as directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- (i)Spare parts to be replaced will be paid as S& F separately under revelant items considered the schedule.(ii)A panelty of Rs- 3000/- will be imposed for not attending the complaint within 12 hours after intimation. (ii)A panelty of Rs. -500/- per hour will be imposed for notrectification of the fault afterpointing out the fault. (iv)The contractor will be responsible to providing suitable T &P as per site requirement to the person deployed for rectification of fault. (v)Site visit by the contractor/service engineer/mechanic for any number of time required to make 11 KV breakers serviceable condition / uptosatisfaction of user will be considered only one job. Quoted rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi)Any minor parts which is not included in BOQ but required for satisfactory operation of 11 KV breakers shalldeemed to be included in the quoted rates. |

If the contractor not provide the machanic and material for defective/UNSV schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/day as penality treatmen after receiving phone/message/ whatsapp /email etc complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Other part which is not included but required for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate & The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays etc.(v)Any set of LBS, Bus Coupler, SF6 Breaker etc in single RMU Unit shall be considered one item.(vi) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items. |

| 73 | Supply and fix of 11 KV HT Bus bar, Outdoor type, suitable for 11000 Volts, AC 3 Phase supply,400 Amps, Unit fabricated out of 3.15 mm steel or MS steel enclosure suitable with MS Base Channel. The panel contains the equipments & components complete with copper bus bar interconnections, designation labels caution notices and pad locking facilities wherever required. The size of the bus bar not less than 1200x1000x800 mm to accommodate the incoming and outgoing cable connections with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 50 Cm long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron.
