Providing and fixing homogeneous 2.00 mm thick Vinyl flooring in approved pattern of specified size on a smooth and damp-proof base using rubber-based adhesive of approved quality including, leveling small undulations with plaster of parries if required, rolling with light wooden roller all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade.

Removing white or colour wash, distemper, external paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to the areas. Painting of wall with 2 coats with oil bound distemper.

Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards (HILUX ceiling systems) 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and assembling of Mid back chairs for conference room.98.50cm to 88.50cm revolving type and tilting chairs with upright position lock, classy design, broad mesh backrest with adjustable limber support, upholstered with foam laminated mesh fabric of approved colour Black, Blue & Red, five-legged high quality nylon base and PU twin wheel casters having synchro mechanism with 4 position locking, seat slide mechanism with 3 D armrest. The chairs shall be of High resilience (H.R) foam for optimum seating comfort with approved fabric colour etc.

Providing and assembling High back chairs for conference room and control room.High back size 114 cm×45 cm, pull 90 to 135 degrees & Push 90 degrees revolving type and tilting chairs with ergonomically contoured backrest, comfortable arm rest, push button, upholstered with foam laminated mesh fabric of approved colour Brown ladder, five-legged high-quality nylon base and PU twin wheel casters having synchro mechanism with 4 position locking, seat slide mechanism with 3 D armrest. The chairs shall be of High resilience foam for optimum seating comfort with approved comfortable back cushion etc. complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished granite (premoulded and prepol-ished) machine cut ZEBRA BLACK colour granite for , window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base ce-ment mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, includ-ing rubbing, curing, moulding andpolishing the edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
