| 28 | Providing and applying PU (Polyurethane) based liquid applied waterproofing treatment to terraces/toilets/wet areas including supply of approved materials, surface preparation, crack filling, priming, reinforcement, membrane application, flood testing and warranty complete.Providing and applying PU based liquid elastomeric waterproofing system comprising surface preparation, cleaning, repairing cracks and honeycombs using PU sealant/polymer modified mortar, forming fillet at junctions, applying approved PU compatible primer, reinforcement with polyester/glass fibre mesh at all corners, junctions, pipe inserts and critical areas, followed by application of PU liquid membrane in two or more coats to achieve minimum dry film thickness of 1.5 mm for terraces and 1.0 mm for toilets/wet areas including extending coating up to minimum 300 mm on vertical faces. For terrace application, finishing shall include a UV-resistant aliphatic PU/reflective elastomeric top coat, and for toilets/wet areas, tiling or protection screed shall be done only after curing. | 29 | Providing material, Labour and equipments for Providing and laying integral Cement based water proofing treatment with brickbat including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations : a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 ( 1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge.d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 x 300 mm square 3 mm deep.e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.All above operations to be done in order and as directedand specified by the Engineer in charge : Including Khurra & Gola work with average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at Khurra as 65 mm etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 30 | ALUMINIUM WORKS- Providing material and labour for fixing in position frames, shutter for any type of aluminium work for any type of door, window, partition, made out of any type of aluminium sections of approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors, all levels, all heights, all shapes, all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and get approved from the consultants before procurement of material. All loose material shall be approved. Mockup of one/two window shall be executed as per approved shop drawing with all hardware. Work shall carried out as per the approved shop drawings, approved mock-up and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections (for using fabrication without considering any wastage) shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Glazing shall be paid as seperate item. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections, cutting, fabrication, errection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame;2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI HRDUGT or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of sectionfor connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing (rough ground) in full periphery/ at every 600mm c/c with average 6 mm thick PVC spacer/ compact sheet of width (equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. 8) Termite treated seasoned teak wood as infill material to installe hardware in door shutter and frame as and when required, etc as per directions of Engineer in charge Complete. GENERAL REQUIREMENTSContractor shall design, supply, deliver, erect and commission a complete pallet racking system suitable for storing 2,000 pallets of 1,000 kg each.All structural components shall comply with EN 15512 / FEM 10.2.02 / ANSI MH16.1 and applicable Indian standards including IS 800 and IS 2062.Structural steel grade: IS 2062 E350 or equivalent.All racking must be designed to safely support:1,000 kg working load per pallet,2,000 kg per beam level (2 pallets × 1,000 kg),Proof load test at 1.25 × working load.Allowable deflection limits shall comply with L/200 or stricter.Contractor shall submit detailed shop drawings, load calculations, and a Bill of Materials for approval before fabrication.Racking layout must allow clear operating aisles suitable for the selected MHE2. MATERIAL SPECIFICATION3.1 Upright Frames (2 per bay)Cold/Roll formed steel upright sections manufactured from IS 2062 grade steel.Upright thickness: minimum 2.5 mm or higher as per structural design Frames shall include:Upright columnsHorizontal and diagonal bracingBase plates (minimum 6 mm thick)Upright perforations at 50–75 mm pitch.Finish: powder-coated (minimum 80 microns) 3.2 Load Beams (3 beam pairs per bay = 3 levels)Each beam level designed for 2,000 kg UDL (2 pallets × 1000 kg).Roll-formed box beam / step beam / open section as approved.Beam connectors with locking pins for positive locking.Beam lengths approx 2400 mm (for two pallets).Finish: powder-coated 3.3 Pallet Support Bars / DeckingDecking for 2000 pallet positions:Estimated decking area ≈ 2000 × 1.2 sqm ≈ 2,400 sqmOptions (one of the following):Wire mesh deckingEach decking panel shall support 1000 kg per pallet footprint.3.4 Fasteners & AnchorsHigh-tensile bolts, nuts, washers as per design.Base plate anchors: mechanical wedge anchors or chemical anchors per slab condition.Anchors must meet torque and pull-out strength requirements.3.5 Safety ProtectionColumn guards for all exposed uprights.End-of-aisle protectors for all row ends.Row spacers if double rows are provided.Safety locking pins for all beams.Load signage boards for every bay.4. INSTALLATION SPECIFICATION4.1 Pre-InstallationSite measurement verification.Submission & approval of shop drawings.Verification of warehouse slab capacity for point loads.4.2 Installation WorkErection of upright frames, plumbed within ±10 mm tolerance.Installation of beam pairs at approved elevations.Installation of decking, pallet supports, column guards, signage.Anchoring of all uprights to floor using approved anchors.Use of non-shrink grout (if required).4.3 FinishingTouch-up of damaged coating.Cleaning and removal of packaging.Final alignment check and tightening to torque.5. TESTING & COMMISSIONINGPerform proof load test on selected bays at 1.25 × rated load (i.e., 1250 kg per pallet position).Submit load test report with recorded deflections.Replace any component showing excessive deflection or failure.Provide load charts, maintenance manual, as-built drawings.6. BILLING / UOMMeasurement and billing to be done as PER BAY criteria 7.
