| 1 | Comprehensive monthly maintenance of automatic fire alarm system and fire suppression system, installed at LHS and RHS of Lion Gate, Naval Dockyard, including attending day-to-day complaints, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) The scope of work shall include comprehensive maintenance of all equipment forming part of the fire detection and fire suppression systems installed in the above locations. The maintenance shall include attending day-to-day complaints related to false alarms, system faults, trouble signals and similar issues on an emergency basis, ensuring prompt response and restoration of the system to normal working condition.(ii) The work shall also include cleaning, inspection, checking and rectification/repair of defects such as faulty detectors, wiring problems, power supply failures, nuisance alarms and other operational issues, as required, for all equipment of the fire detection and fire suppression systems.(iii)Operational testing of all equipment of the fire detection system, including control panels and field devices, shall be carried out periodically and as required, in the presence of the User’s Representative and the Engineer-in-Charge to verify satisfactory performance.(iv)Emergency visits shall be carried out whenever called, in addition to routine monthly maintenance, in the event of any system failure due to any cause, without any additional cost to the department.(v) Materials required for replacement of defective components shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective items of this Schedule as SUPPLY ONLY.Note- Comprehensive monthly maintenance of the fire alarm detection system shall be carried out in accordance with the maintenance schedule specified in ANNEXURE-I, and detailed maintenance and test reports shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge within the stipulated time, which shall be manditorily required before payment of RARs. |

Unit shall have LED blinking in normal state and steady during activation. Device shall be UL-listed and compatible with existing addressable loop complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of conventional Manual Call Point (MCP), pull-down / break-glass type, semi-flush mounting, with LED blinking in normal condition and steady on activation. Device shall be UL-listed.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 8 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of response indicator for above-ceiling and cabin detectors, complete with LED indicator and necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
