The cost of stationary and printed log sheet is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iii) To ensure working on all the days of week, relief for individuals to be provided to ensure adequate periodical breaks as required under labour laws for which cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iv) The contractor is advised to ensure all safety measures to prevent any mishaps to the labour employed in the lifts.(v) A penalty of Rs 2000/per day will be imposed on the contractor if the lift operator is found absent from duty on any day. |

| 61 | Notes: (i) Incase of lift breakdown or malfunctions the contractor must response within two hours of receiving the notifications failure to respond within the specific time will resulting a penalty of Rs 1000/hour of delay.(ii)Routine maintenance visit must carried out and any missed routine maintenance visit will incur a penalty of Rs 500/- for missed visit.(iii) Detail logs of all maintenance activities must be maintain and made available to the JE/Eng-In-Charge.Log must include date and time of maint activities performed and parts replaced.(iv) Detail of reports of any breakdowns, malfunctions or safety incidents in the logs as well as submit the same to JE/Eng-In-Charge within the two hours of occurrence.The report must include date and time of maint activities performed and parts replaced.(v)The comprehensive AMC contractor starts after the post defective period i.e., after the two years post defects liability period.(vi)The comprehensive AMC contractor is for both passenger lifts and quoted rates included for both the lifts.Payment may be taken monthly depending upon the fund availability penalty if any will be deducted from RAR/Final bills. (vii) After completion of the comprehensive AMC period the lift will be inspected by the nominated officer/IEM before taking over the department.The contractor will be liable for replacement of any damages/worn-out parts noticed during inspections.the lift will be handed over the full working conditions including ARD with the satisfaction of inspecting officer.(viii)The MoU for the post defect liability period between contractor and OEM shall be at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of the main contract. (ix) The testing and commissioning of lift to be carried out by IEM before entry into service. |
