| 3 | Dismantaling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 7 | Taking out old serviceable glass of any description, from old wooden or metal frames, or stone, concrete or brick sur rounds, any thickness or size; hacking out old putty or removing beads etc, including making good breakages in taking out and handling removing to store or stacking for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Dismantling framed trusses of span not exceeding 10mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Taking out/ dismantling of old chromium brass fittings i.e. taps, stop valves, angle valves, wall/ basin mixtures, shower roses, health faucets, float valves of any descriptions and any specifications, including taking into credit, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Taking out of old wash hand basins of any descriptions and any specifications, including taking into credit, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Taking out of old flushing cisterns of any descriptions and any specifications, including taking into credit, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Dismantling water tanks and removing to store, capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, including removal from site, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Dismantling water tanks and removing to store, capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres, including removal from site, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, of internal dia 75/ 100mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, including removal from site, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 19 | Taking up or down steel tubing of 15mm bore pipe and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore pipe and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 21 | Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 22 | Removing of retrieved building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under earth work) and debris retrieved from demolition and dismantling, beyond to a distance outside defence land, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 24 | Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 25 | Taking down unserviceable/ damaged distribution of any type, size and any specifications including making good to disturbed surfaces, complete all as directed and directed. |
| 26 | Taking down fans (ceiling or exhaust) of any descriptions including blades and connecting wires, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 27 | Taking down solar water heaters of any capacity complete with storage water tank and solar plate from existing location and taking into credit, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 28 | Disconnecting and taking out old XLPE cable of any size and any descriptions, from existing locations for taking into credit, complete all as directed and directed. |
| 29 | Taking down unserviceable/ damaged sub main wiring of any type, size and any specifications including making good to disturbed surfaces, complete all as directed and directed. |
| 30 | Amount of Schedule of credit as mentioned in tender documents shall be deducted from quoted amount. |
