235	Providing and applying 1 coat of Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, followed by two or more coats of luxury /high performance 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion having weathercoat / weatherproof/ dust proof, anti- fungal/anti-algal properties with silicon additives/PU serum with rich Sheen and having resistance to growth of algae, resistance to dust accumulation, resistance to fading of colours including filling the cracks with fiber reinforced crack filler for upto 3 MM cracks, filling bigger cracks with polymer modified cement, painting wall,s ceilings,bays band, chajjas, grooves, including scrubbing, cleaning the surface to ensure that the surface is free from any loose paint, dust, or grease, curing, scaffolding, making good the wall, floor, ceiling etc.. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labour, tools, plants, consumables, Scaffolding, etc. (Note : The bidder has to produce the paint including application of paint, waterproof membrane/chemical samples in advance for approval before commencement of the work. The rate does not include the cost of application of external wall primer).
236	Providing water proofing to the roof slab by using cementitious waterproofing compound of Dr. Fixit or any other approved as per manufacturers specifications with cement mortar (1:5) 15mm thick and a base course oc CC (1:2:4) 5cm (av) thickness with 20- 40mm laterite aggregate and waterproofing compound including providing top slurry coat finishing, drawing/ markings of false squares including preparing the surface, cleaning, etc. All tools, plants, labour and material etc. complete.
237	Supplying of damp proof / water proofing compound having elastomeric and acrylic polymers and reinforcing polyester fibers including transporting, loading unloading, stacking as directed.
238	For Terrace Waterproofing(i) Surface Preparation Remove existing membrane from slab surface. Clean the surface thoroughly using a water jet pump. Ensure the surface is completely dust free.(ii) Crack Treatment For hairline cracks, open the cracks and fill with suitable crack filler powder. (iii) Remove defective plaster.(Wherever required)Approx 10% of total areaRemove all loose and unsound plaster. Apply one coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with cement slurry as a bond coat. Refill the prepared area by placing shrinkage-compensated, pourable micro concrete for filling damaged slab portions(iv) Waterproofing Treatment Providing and applying first coat of acrylic bonding agent mixed with water and cement in the ratio 1:2:5 (Bonding Agent : Water : Cement) as a slurry coat over the prepared surface. Laying 45 GSM fiber mesh uniformly into the wet slurry. Applying second coat of acrylic bonding agent with cement slurry in the same mix ratio to fully embed the mesh. Allow drying for 3 – 6 hours between coats. Providing and applying two coats of single- component, acrylic-based, ready-to-use waterproofing, and UV stable coating system over the prepared surface, ensuring uniformcoverage and proper curing.
