Supply of Locally available approved earth with fines content ( 75 micron passing through 20%), spreading, leveling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick; watering,ramming/rolling with mechanical rollers not less than 8T. compaction shall be done at OMC to a specified percentage of standard proctor density n.less than 95%. NOTE:(a) Locally available approved earth required from the item shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land at his own arrangement. (b) All cost of procurement or earth including cost of transportation, royalties, taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c)The earth supplied shall be used for filling, Finished embankment/ traverse of filled earth consolidated/ compacted shall be considered for measurement purpose and volume shall be calculated based on these measurements. Also a 5% (five percent) deduction from calculated volume shall be made in terms of clause 3.6 of MES Sch Part-II to allow for increase in bulk.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50M wide and n exc 1.50M in depth for foundation, shaft, wells, cesspits manhole, pipe hole etc in hard dense soil and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed ata level n exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and padding including all necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in surface channel and drain (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm gradede aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
