S&F in replacement RCC pit cover of existing earthing pits at various locations of domestic and technical area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of a complete lightening protection system(heavy duty conventional copper spike type) designed as per IS/IEC 62305-3 featuring air termination single pointed copper rod of 1500mm in length and 22mm in diameter with a copper globe/sphere diameter of 80 mm and 5 spikes complete with a copper base plate for secure installation including taking down of old unserviceable aluminium air termination lightening arrestors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance free chemical earthing complete with copper pipe electrode (copper bonded rod) (250 micron, 99% pure copper coating), 50mm bore, 2 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 25×3mm copper strip including successful testing on completion and including all necessary excavation and earth work, adequate quantity of ground enhancing chemical alround earth plate,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit withpre cast RCC 1:2:4type B-1 using 20mm gradedstone aggregate, 40mm thick pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 08mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 m only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Earth resistance value should be less than 1 Ohms. (iii) Cost of Earthwork & excavation deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
