Day to day cleaning/sweeping of Office premises on all working days at division Office i/c sanitary equipment T & P and cleaning, brushing of walls, floor, tables, chairs, Almira’s doors, windows, roofs, ceiling and cleaning/washing, brushing etc of gents/ ladies toilets urinals i/c sanitary equipment’s and sanitation cubes material phenyl, chemical, freshness and dusters etc. required Labour and T & P i/c cleaning of all the wash basins, W.C. ,cistern, floors, doors, windows etc. inside and outside of the toilets and cleaning of all running desert coller weekly,all complete by engaging 02 nos. Environment Assistant as per direction of Engineer-in-ChargeNote: 1) A penalty of Rs. 3000/- per day shall be imposed if work is not found satisfactory.2) Penalty if imposed on said area regarding Office not cleaned or malba present at site by NGT/ MCD, the same shall be recovered from the agency bill. 3) Contractor have also to ensure that Office along its surrounding within boundary ice, no water stagnation should occur and also all the running desert cooler should not have any water stagnation which may result to breeding of mosquito, so periodic cleaning i.e. weekly of all desert cooler is esstential. In case any such case of non compliance is observed or any challan imposed by any authority, then the same will be recovered from the agency bill.

Cleaning, sweeping, brooming, mopping of all open and covered area including all floors and roof of CSCadjacent to New Ashok Nagar Police station at Dallupura i/c its cleaning/ sweeping, cutting of jungle, vegetation& disposal of all garbage, vegetationand other waste to the nearby dustbin by hand cart or wheel borrow etc. i/c T&P etc by providing 07 number Environmental Assistant complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Cleaning to be done on every alternate day. Note:- 1) A penalty of Rs.7500/- Per day shall be imposed and recovered from the agency, if the work is not found satisfactory.
