1	Civil Works
2	Earthwork in hard soil in filling road site drain & flank cutting with all leads and lifts including breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth leveling dressing the bed and removing all foreign materials including roots, brushes and depositing the soil in layers and rolling, with PRR for ordinary compaction as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
3	Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
4	Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm. size hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm (6 Inch) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5	Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 4 (Four) weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beeds where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in in proper position in all floors as directed by the Engineer in charge.

23	Providing & laying granite stone flooring using 20mm thick granite stone slab of approved quality, colour and size between 0.4 Sqm. to 1.0 Sqm. & above in staircase treads and risers over an under layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) confirming to IS-1443/1972 including cutting to size, laying and joining with white cement slurry and colouring pigment to match the shade including cost of all labour, materials, taxes, royalties, loading and unloading etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Stabilised Inopthalic Gel Coat at impregnated with Inopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP Skins shall not be less than 2.00mm. The door frame consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw. 196	Supplying polyvinyl chloride pipes as per ASTM-D-1785-89 having threads in accordance with DIN 2999 part-1/DIN-42225 part-II specification length of pipe (laying length) will be 3 mtrs. The pipes shall be supplied with both external and threaded with free socket. The pipe having external thread at one end i.e female and or belled end. The female end having internal thread is to be belled in order to accept the male end while jointing pipes with a bore threading shall be provided with a greave at the roof of the male thread accomodate flexible PVC/Rubber \"O\" ring to make the joint water tight colour of the pipe shall be blue. The name of the manufacture along with batch No class of pipe shall be stranded legibly of each pipe length.
