(c) Applying three coats including one coat of primer of polyurethane membrane having coverage @ min 0.75Kg/Sqm and diluton upto 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats of polyurethane membrane @total comsumption 2 Kg/Sqm in two coats for maintaining minimum dry flim thickness 1.5 mm and elongation at break of free flim of appox350%.(d) The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge (Note : 6 Hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained).(e) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be suppiled by single manifacturer as a part of system.Note :(i) The water proofing treatment shall br carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing.(ii) Checking the roof slab by any method as per standard engineering practice till total elimination of leackage/seepage/dampness shall be removed by the method as per manufacturers instructions. (iii)Necessary scaffolding, props,support wherever required deemed to be included in quoted rates as the work shall be executed at height varrying from 10-20 mtrs. |
