Tightening / refitting of frame by removing nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe 32mm with all fittings complete.

Supply & Fixing Plytop of 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade type \"A\" confrming to IS-303(ISI Marked) fit to size including 6mm dia 65mm long nut, round headed, with bolt and washer maximum 10 Nos per charpoy including necessary driling 03Nos holes on each long rails and 02Nos holes on each short rails of GI Charpoy as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixing Stiffener 02Nos in each Charpoyof size 25mm square conduit pipe of 1.6mm thick welded at equal distance of GI charpoy frame perpendicular to long rail of approprate size making holes 02 Nos and preparation new steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to conduit pipe.

Supply and Fixing GI elbow (32mm dia) ISI marked three way medium grade.

Supply and Fixing GI checknut 32mm dia medium grade.

Supply and Fixingin replacement of 32mm dia GI Pipe medium grade long rail including cutting, threading for GI Charpoy (Note: Long Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of Short rails of GI Charpoys 32mm dia made outfrom broken long rails obtained from srl item No. 1.06 above including cutting & threading rails and fixing including taking out short rail. (Note: Short Rails are screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of Legs of GI Charpoy 32mm dia made out from broken short rails obtained from Srl item No. 1.07 above including cutting, threading and fixing and providing of 5mm thick MS plate of dia 50mm at bottom of legand clamp for mosquito net be welding including taking out legs.(Note: Legs are screwed fully in the angle elbow)
