a. Supply of Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner including snacks items etc. during RTC (A, B & C shifts) & in general shift to the residents/ guests/ officials of the HWP(M) Colony & HWP(M) site.The food is to be supplied at the rates fixed by the HWP(M). Please Annexure – I for the rates.b. Receiving the Guests and guiding them to their allotted rooms. To properly arrange the bedding and to ensure cleanliness of room and to provide toiletry kit in suites and in A/C & Non-A/C Rooms as listed in the Annexure - III. Further, the cleanliness of the lounge, dining area, Dining Tables, kitchen, reception, corridors, chairs, sofas, conference rooms & entrances should be maintained. Informing civil/ electrical maintenance complaints, if any to the concerned Department and to the Guest House In-Charge.Supervising the supply and availability of food for the guests/ residents/ officials of the HWP(M) Colony & Site.c. To ensure that the rooms are allotted to the guests on time and to adhere to the instructions as given by the In-Charge Guest House & Hostel.d. Providing the toiletry kit to the guests as per the mentioned in the Annexure – III
