Balcony portion shall be 1.50m width and to be supported with ISMB and channel/angle framework with 10mm thick MS checkered plate and handrail of 50mm dia MS pipe. All steel members duly primed and painted with corrosion resistance paint.The internal water supply to all washrooms alongwith necessary sanitary fittings and fixtures to be provided, etc. as per directions by Engr-in-Charge.
