| 1 | Dismantlingand removing old U/S compressor sealed unit of Scroll Type Compressor carefully and supply, installation, testing new sealed Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR Model No SZ185S4RC of Make Blue Star/ Danfossor equivalent complete with all standard accessories as per existing model installed at AC plant. Note:- (i)Sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents. (ii)Cost of labour forfixing and testing of leakagealongwith initial charging of suitable refrigerant (R-407C) & T & P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary elelctrical check i.e checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly.(iv)Before opening/ dismantling of unserviceable compressor the refrigerantto be taken in empty cylinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v)Contractor shall submit test certificate alongwith purchase voucher before claiming the payment. |
