6	Providing & Laying dry stone Rubble Soling with average 230 mm size hard stone set in regular lines, handpacked and interstices thoroughly filled with small chips including filling in with good quality murum brought from outside, compacting with iron rammers, watering, sand spreading 12mm thick. layer of grit on top etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.(Note: The rate includes the royalty and other taxes if any)
7	Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of specified grade with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal mixing in concrete mixer including bailing out water, compacting, finishing surface, curing and including the cost of centering and shuttering at all level Nominal Mix of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
8	FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKSOpening the Separation Cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into ‘’V’’ Grooves 2’’ to 3’’ from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a Cutting machine and skillfully / carefully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including Wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant as instructed and directed.
9	Moistening the Cracks, Providing and applying priming/ bonding coat of slurry made out of“Polyalk EP” and cement (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the Cracks / Grooves by Providing and applying “Polyalk EP” Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in Proportion of 1: 5: 15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete as per specified and directed.
10	Drilling holes of required size upto 16 mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.
11	Providing and fixing 12 mm diameter aluminum /PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & Providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of ‘Fosroc’ at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/ pump including mixing etc complete.
12	Providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4\" to 6\" length in columns before jacketing, Micro concreting as per Consultants Instructions and directions.
13	Providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/ required sizes and shapes in the formor main rebars, stirrups & rings,distribution rebars etc., and tying them toshear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated withTWOcoats of AntiCorrosive protective coating& dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants.
14	Providing and laying Super fluid Microconcrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as pecified in the List of Brand names)in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, waterproofply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and Consultants Instructions.The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete.
15	Carefully Chiseling/ Chipping out all existing loose decayed Plaster ofExternal Facades and Terrace area (In Entire areas) using Plaster Breaking machine and or Well sharpened Chisel & Hammers at proper angles carting away the Debris outside of bldg Premises etc complete as directed by the Consultants,Providing and applying 20/25 mm thks and faced plaster to concrete members- brick work etc.of External wall facades using approved screened and Pre washed River sand including base coat of 13-15mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and curing the same for not less than three days and keeping the surface of base coat rough to receive the sand face treatment 6 to 8 mm thick of C. M 1:3 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for 7- 10 days, providing and mixing approved waterproofing compound in required quantities in both the coats complete.
16	Chipping out all existing loose and decayed internal plaster and redoing the same with 15mmthk. Cement plaster in CM (1:4) finishing with ‘Instant Neeru’ of Elephant Brand or equivalent in the inside areas of staircase areas and over Internal Structural Members of premises, etc .

178	3 Material & labour for Earthing using galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers including refilling with good earth as specified and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and provision of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for protection of earthing lead and 20mm dia for watering arrangement including funnel, wire mesh, Cl pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-1 2009.
