Complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surfaces including removing fungus ,algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush,cleaning, washing with water jet,and applying withcrack filler by proper grooving, one coat of primer and applying two coats of water proofing coating having properties of anti algal, anti fungal ,high sheen & lead freeall as approved by Engineer-in-charge .The drying time of two coats will be6 to 8 hrs ,including all necessary scoffolding upto 4 storeys Building etc complete all as specified. M&L for obilatering old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq m, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed. Note-: Pricing are inclusiveall scafoldings used for up to the height of 4 storeys.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thickin cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth with WPC all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.
