| 3 | Refixing \"existing roofing material,after sorting and cleaning, removed from theexisting structure or supplied by RCF Ltd, using 8m dia galvanized iron L or J hook bolts, galvanized iron & bituminous washers, or self drilling fastners and EPDM washers, galvanized iron clamps, nuts and bolts including sealing the existing holes withsuitable material etc. complete and as directed. (Net Area covered by sheeting will be measured. Overlaps will not be paid separately). The rate is including 8mm dia. GI hook bolts and nuts, washers. |
| 4 | Providing 6 mm thick corrugated cement sheet (reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with 8 mm dia. Galvanised Iron J or L hook bolts and nuts, G.I.plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete. (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters etc.), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. Net Area covered by sheeting will be measured. Overlaps will not be paid separately. Sheets of \"Charminar\" of HIL, \"GreenCor\" of RAMCO, \"Hi-tech\" of Everest shall be used. Ridges will be paid separately. The rate is including 8mm dia. GI hook bolts and nuts, washers. Minimum 2 hooks shall be provided to each purlin covered by the sheet. |

| 9 | Fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections, fixed with connecting plates or angle cleats as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted/ bolted/ welded connections and and applying one coat of epoxy red oxideprimerand two coats of Epoxy finish paint of approved shade etc. complete . Structrural steel & Epoxy paint shall be supplied by RCF, free of cost, at its store. Contractor shall arrange for shifting the same at worksite. ISA 65x65x6 or 75x75x6 or as directed by EIC to be used for purlins. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing , 2 mm thick, polycarbonate, white diffuser type corrugated/plain sheets of approved make including fixing accessories & fasteners required as per site condition and as directed by RCF Ltd. If the thickness of sheet is less than 2mm, rate will be reduced proportionately. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing 8mm dia.,Galvanised Iron,\"J\" or \"L\" shape hook with nut and plain GI washer & bituminous washerfor clamping sheets to purlins as directed. Rate includes scaffolding/ H-frame or any temporary arrangement required for hook fixing upto a height of 3m. |
