Name of Work: Repairing / Reconditioning of existing earthing / Providing of earthing system at OTN /OLT Node sites under BA Jabalpur and other BA in MP Circle.

Supply,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance free Chemical earth station as per latest RDSO/BSNL specifications consisting of:-(a) Copper bonded steel Electrode of 3.0 Mtrs. long 17 mm. dia. with copper bonded thickness of minimum 250 microns and UL listed and marked→01 No. (b) Earth enhancing compound minimum 30-35 Kg. of RDSO/BSNL approved brandsuplied in sealed bags of minimum 10 Kg. (Make:- RDSO/BSNL approved). (c) Providing & weld ( Exothermic) a Copper bus bar of minimum size 6mmx25mmx150mm on top of earth electrode.(d) Providing & makinginspection chamber (DMC) pit cover of minimum size of 425mmx250mm etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying 35 sqmm. copper conductor flexible multistrand unarmoured pvc insulated and PVC sheathed copper cable on surface/air i/c suitable size of lugs , nut bolt etc. for earth connections etc. complete as reqd.

Earthing with GIearth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm. dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing & Fixing Copper Main Equi-potential earth busbar (MEEB) of minimum size 6mmx25mmx300mm fixing on wall with two no. suitable insulator i/c suitable size nut bolt, spring waser and marking & sign writing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc complete as required at site.

Testing of the existing earthing system installed at the BTS or Exchange site including watering the existing earthing system with salt from the available watering source at site, arranging the earth testing meter, arrangement of vehicle for movement from site to site, necessary skilled work force to complete the job and preparing a testing report for tested results as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge etc. complete as required. (Note:-This item will be paid if only earth measurement is done and no work of earthing is executed at site).

Supplying and Fixing of following size medium class heavy duty PVC Pipe with all accessories bends, union, sockeys, clamps etc in surface of wall / recess / road crossing complete as required
