Purchase and Demolition of Existing Dilapidated Kulasekharam PO Building Under Kanniyakumari Division.Credit value for dismantling and purchase of dismantled materials as described in the first schedule for dismantling the existing building at first floor at his own cost and disposal of debris, building rubbish etc to a suitable dumping ground or to his own dump-yard or beyond Municipal limits all complete except electrical fittings, if any, which shall be removed and handed over to the Department before commencement of the demolition.The contractor shall inspect the existing structure and satisfy himself before quoting. The successful contractor shall remit the caution moneyby Demand Draft of any scheduled bank in favour of ‘ Sr.Accounts Officer, Postal Civil Division, Chennai’.
