| 1 | Provision for arranging internal wiring and electrical connections to the entire building at Quarters 5 to 8 (Block 3 & 4) includes supplying and fixing all necessary materials such as 720-grade wire, stay wire, multi-core and single-core coils, 12×15 mtr and 12×6 mtr boards, 16A switch main, fuse carriers, earth and neutral links, bulkhead fittings, angle holders, 3/4\" junction boxes, wiring pipes with clamps, switches, sockets, indicator units, 4-step fan regulators, plug tops, pignon reels, wood grips, nails, tape rolls, and coir, solution and other sundries, along with carrying out complete internal wiring, fitting, testing, and commissioning by deploying qualified electricians and assisting labourers. The work shall be executed neatly and safely in all rooms and service areas, including the cost of all materials, labour charges, tools, and incidental items required to complete the work in all respects, as directed by the departmental officer. |
| 2 | Color washing to the interior walls of Quarters 5 to 8 (Block 3 & 4) shall be carried out by applying two coats of high-quality emulsion paint after thoroughly scraping the old surface, removing loose particles, and cleaning the walls with potable water to ensure proper adhesion. The work includes complete preparation of the surface, mixing and applying paint uniformly to achieve a smooth, even finish, and covering all areas as directed. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, scaffolding if required, tools, safety measures, and all applicable taxes, completing the work in all respects as directed by the departmental officer. |
| 3 | Color washing to the exterior walls of Quarters 5 to 8 (Block 3 & 4) shall be carried out by thoroughly scraping the old surface, cleaning it properly, and applying one coat of approved exterior primer followed by two coats of superior-quality weather-proof exterior emulsion to ensure long-lasting protection against rain and sunlight. The work includes complete surface preparation, uniform application of primer and paint, and achieving a smooth, durable finish on all exterior wall surfaces as directed. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, scaffolding if required, tools, and all applicable taxes, completing the work in all respects as per the directions of the departmental officer. |
| 4 | Whitewashing to the ceilings of Quarters 5 to 8 (Block 3 & 4) includes thoroughly scraping and cleaning the old ceiling surface, washing it with clean water to remove dust and loose particles, and applying two coats of good-quality whitewash to achieve a uniform, smooth, and clean finish. The work shall cover complete surface preparation and neat application of whitewash in all ceiling areas as directed. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools, incidental charges, and all applicable taxes, completing the work in all respects as per the directions of the departmental officer. |
| 5 | Removing the old and damaged kitchen platform area in Quarters 5 to 7 (Block 3 & 4) includes manually dismantling the existing platform, breaking and removing all damaged portions carefully without disturbing adjoining structures, and collecting, loading, transporting, and disposing the debris to a far-off approved dumping location. The work shall include all labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools, and incidental items required for safe and complete execution of the dismantling. This also includes removal for the supporting kitchen platform of size 1.00 m × 2.00 m × 0.50 m (L) × 0.20 m (B) × 1.00 m (H) as directed. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of all operations, labour, conveyance, transportation, GST, EPF, ESI, and all other applicable taxes, completing the item of work in all respects as per the directions of the departmental officer. |
| 6 | Constructingthe kitchen platform at Quarters 5 to 7 (Block 3 & 4) with a properly designed support structure of size 1.00 m × 2.00 m × 0.50 m (L) × 0.20 m (B) × 1.00 m (H) to hold the slab. The work consists of providing brick masonry using country bricks in cement mortar 1:3 for forming the supporting base to the specified dimensions, laying a plain cement concrete bed in 1:3:6 proportion for the kitchen platform foundation, and plastering the masonry surface with cement mortar 1:3 to a uniform 12 mm thickness for a smooth finish. Over this structure, a 3 cm thick granite stone slab of size 2.40 m × 0.50 m is supplied, laid, levelled, fixed, and finished neatly, including edge rounding, nosing, and surface polishing. The work includes all materials, skilled mason work, unskilled labour assistance, tools, sundries like coir brush and waste cloths, and handling operations such as loading, unloading, and transportation. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, transportation, and all applicable taxes including GST, EPF, ESI, completing the kitchen platform construction in all respects as directed by the departmental officer. |
| 7 | Laying flooring with pressed (ceramic) tiles at Quarters 5 to 7 (Block 3 & 4) includes supplying high-quality ceramic tiles and setting them over a properly prepared base using cement mortar 1:2, ensuring correct alignment, level, and spacing throughout the floor area. After laying, the tile joints shall be neatly pointed with cement mortar 1:3 to achieve a uniform and durable finish. The work includes all necessary surface preparation, mixing of mortar, cutting and shaping tiles where required, laying, curing, and finishing as directed by the departmental officials. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools and equipment, and all applicable taxes, completing the flooring work in all respects as per departmental directions. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing of materials at Quarters 5 to 7 (Block 3 & 4) includes supplying and installing Black Syntex tanks of 500-litre capacity (3 Nos.), European water closets with all required fittings (3 Nos.), wash basins of size 20\" × 12\" (3 Nos.), and Godrej 7-lever locks (3 Nos.). The work covers complete installation of all items in their respective locations, including fixing, plumbing connections, alignment, leak testing, proper anchoring, and ensuring full functional readiness as directed by the department officials. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools, fittings, incidentals, and all applicable taxes, completing the work in all respects as per departmental instructions. |
| 9 | Supplying and fixing UPVC casement doors to the staff quarters includes fabrication and installation of doors made from high-quality wooden polymer composite (UPVC) sections, designed for durability, termite resistance, and smooth operation. The work covers providing and fixing Door Type D (size 0.90 m × 1.80 m, quantity 6 Nos., total 9.72 m²), Door Type D1 (size 0.90 m × 2.10 m, quantity 4 Nos., total 7.56 m²), and Door Type D2 (size 0.76 m × 2.10 m, quantity 6 Nos., total 9.58 m²), amounting to a total door area of 26.86 m². The scope includes supplying all materials such as UPVC frames, shutters, hinges, handles, multipoint locking arrangements, screws, gaskets, and necessary fixtures, along with proper alignment, levelling, and fixing to the designated openings. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools, accessories, and all applicable taxes, completing the work in all respects as directed by the departmental officials. |
| 10 | Providing and laying a new pipeline arrangement from the existing tank to the newly proposed Sintex head tank at Quarters 5 to 7 (Block 3 & 4) includes supplying and fixing all required plumbing materials and fittings, along with installing a new motor with proper insulation. The work involves laying 1¼\" PVC pipes (15 kg grade, 8 Nos.), along with all associated fittings such as 1¼\" PVC elbows (5 Nos.), 1¼\" ball valve (1 No.), 1¼\" joint couplings (5 Nos.), 1¼\" U-clamps (10 Nos.), ¾\" PVC pipe (2 Nos.), ¾\" PVC tees (5 Nos.), ¾\" ball valve (1 No.), ¾\" joint couplings (5 Nos.), ¾\" MTA PVC fittings (3 Nos.), ¾\" clamps (15 Nos.), 1¼\" tank nipple (2 Nos.), 2\" SS nails (0.25 kg), ¾\" RC elbows (20 Nos.), 2\" RC pipe (1 No.), ¼ litre solvent (2 Nos.), and 1¼\" RC FTA fittings (2 Nos.) as specified in the schedule. The work further includes fixing, jointing, tightening, and leak-proof testing of the entire pipeline system, providing proper support using clamps, connecting the supply line to the new Sintex tank, and integrating the new motor with insulated protection for safe and efficient water pumping. Skilled plumber Grade-I labour and unskilled mazdoor assistance shall be engaged for executing the work, including all incidental sundries for unforeseen items. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for installation, loading and unloading, transportation, tools, fittings, insulation materials, and all applicable taxes such as GST, EPF, and ESI, completing the pipeline arrangement in all respects as directed by the departmental officials. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing new double-shutter entrance doors made of seasoned country wood as per the approved drawings, complete with all required fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, aldraps, handles, and screws to ensure proper alignment, smooth operation, and durability after removing the damaged doors and supplying and fixing new country wood double-shutter main entrance doors at Quarters 1 to 8 (Block 1 to 4) includes carefully dismantling the existing damaged doors along with frames, hinges, and fittings without causing damage to adjoining masonry, and disposing of the removed materials as directed. The rate shall include the cost and conveyance of all materials, carpentry and installation labour charges, loading and unloading, transportation, tools and equipment, and all applicable taxes, completing the item of work in all respects as directed by the departmental officials from time to time. |
