Manpower for carryout operation &maintenance of Channel Buoys, Pilot launch, Mooring launch, Oil Recovery vessel or any other craft etc.,

Class IV Engineer (1 person x 36 months)

Electrician(1 person x 36 months)

Welder cum Fitter(1 person x 36 months)

Steel Plate of Marine standard which include the cropping, cutting chipping, grinding, welding renewal of plates, Painting, testing, certification by the ChPA (Total ceiling limit for both Channel buoy and Crafts is 24 Ton)

Pipeline for crafts including consumables (grinding wheel, cutting wheel, rags, gasket, sealant, aerosol, dye penetranttest kit for NDT, PR-testing, welding electrodes gas cutting equipment with accessories and any other required consumables)of Marine standard which include thefabrication as per drawing/sample, etc., which include at least two flanges one short bend and one long bend. Necessarychemical cleaning pressure testing and painting to be done by contractor with required chemicals and paints. (Pipe material: SCH. 80)
