| 1 | Housekeeping viz. sweeping & moping with phenyl daily over floors of all plant buildings including all rooms, corridors, glass partitions, toilets, stair cases, removing all dust wastes, removing cobwebs from inside at all heights as per schedule including cost of scaffolding, brooms (soft & hard), cleaning appliances, mops with handles for 13 no. of plant buldings having total area of approx. 12000 sqm., Sweeping of Industrial open areas of Main plant daily by removing of vegetation, creepers from compund wall, dust, dry leaves, waste papers etc. for approx. open area of 38275 Sqm, Sweeping of roads of all plant area, open spaces, pavements etc. daily, collecting dust, dry leaves, waste papers etc. for approx. area 37825 Sqm and carting and disposing off outside the plant area for housekeeping waste collected from all buildings, open spaces, roads, terracesetcincluding arranging tractor trolley minimum once in a week at the risk and cost of the Contractor etc all complete and as directed by the Engineer complete. |
| 2 | Cleaning the main storm water channel outside the fencing and along the highway all mud, earth, wild growth upto the floor of channels for smooth flow of rain water, disposing off all the removed material sufficiently away at risk and cost of the Contractor and as directed by the Engineer. (275 M long) |
| 3 | Cleaning of storm water open drains inside plant premises all muck, garbage sludge, etc. and diposing of all the rubbish outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer (cleaning to be done two times in a year as directed).(1200 mtr long) |
| 4 | Cleaning entire terraces and window hoods of the plant buildings upto 15m height including cleaning dry leaves, dechoking of drain holes and pipes and disposing off the garbage out of the plant premises by using ladder, other tools, tackles and tractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (6850 sqm) |
| 5 | Cleaning sewer lines, manholes, etc. and disposing of the waste outside the plant area at the risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 6 | Dechoking of wash basins, sink, nahani traps, WC gully traps and making the same functional by using all tools, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 7 | Carting and disposing off all rubbish, broken concrete, debris, garbage, waste papers and rubbish outside the plant premises by providing tractor trolley of 3 cum capacity as and when required including all tools, tackles, transport etc. complete and as directed (loading & unloading to be done by manpower deployed under item no.1 and rates quoted shall be exclusive of labour cost). |
| 8 | Providing and spreading bleaching powder in 25 kg. packing on wet areas during Monsoon along drainage ducts, stagnant water, etc. as and when required, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 9 | Supplying & depositing at civil stores (on quarterly basis) and placing as and when required for maintaining the plant buildings in neat, clean and hygenic condition as below environment fiendly, toxic free and degradable material (all consumables should be of approved brand preferably conforming to relevant standards). |
