| 2 | M&L for providing shear connectors and anchoring : Drilling 12mm dia holes upto depth of 100mm and fix 10mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area ofthe slab, column, beams etc. or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfixor techno commercially equivalent or make as approved by GE with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 3/4th of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L for preparation of exposed surafces of rusted steel reinforcement of dia 10mm and above with metal wire brush, cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application ofrust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcemnet @ 2.0-2.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement, (Fosroc-Reebaklens RR or make approved by GE) to the surface of existing reinforcement) and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and throughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it todry complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Length of reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment complete |

| 5 | M&L applying a coat of poymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surface with one coat of styrene butadiene rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemical or equivalent chemical manufactured by Sika india india pvt Ltd/ Choksey chemicalpvt Ltd/M/s STP/ M/s Dr Sunanada with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight coverage of SBR latex 0.25Ltr/sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or make approved by GE having a compressive strength of M40 grade complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 30mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or make approved by GE having a compressive strength of M40 grade complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for laying cement based Micro-concrete, Rendroc RG 40 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE, pre-packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Formwork shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of more than 50mm for concrete repair with compresive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days complete all as specified and directed.Note: The qouted rate deemed to be included for formwork / shuttering, if any required. |
| 9 | Removing the accumulated / deposited sea weeds growth at jetty facia wall / columns / pillars of jetties / berths above sea level and upto the level of 45 cm below the low tide by scrapping either manually or mechanical means and collecting the same on jetty / berth floor and depositing the same outside of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Periodical maintenance for cleaning of cable ducts / galleries on the jetties / wharfs with required tools and plants and cleaning of debris, any other waste / garbage etc., including water accumulated in the ducts / galleries of jetties & wharfsby employing 4 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day as per following :-a) Opening of Mild steel / RCC gallery covers of any description, size shape and placing safety cones etc., around the duct / gallery opening on jetty /wharf. b) Entering into the gallery through opening to a depth of appx 2.7m to 3.0m below the jetty / wharfand collection of silt / mud / debris and other foreign materials in the gallery to the nearest manhole of gallery for lifting the same to a height of 2.7m to 3.0m by suitable means to the jetty / wharf surfaces for further disposal.c) Re-positioning of MS / RCC duct covers. Note: Loading & Transport for disposal of garbage / debris outside of ND(V) shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 11 | Disposal of collected garbage / debris from the galleries, Including manpower for loading of garbage into transport vehicle of suitable capacity and disposed into outside Naval Dockyard all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for two coat of white wash on surfaces of ceiling and wall of new / old surface of gallaries including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint completeNote : - The work will be carried out in every three months or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for enhancing its serviceablity. Every coat / work will be measured and paid separately. |
| 14 | Periodical maintenance for removing of vegetation growth on the jetties / wharfs wall with required tools and plants and cleaning and removing the same outside of Naval Dockyard by employing 05 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for preparation of surfaces of vertical concrete surfaces of jetty on sea side wall by mechanical scaryfying for key (partly under sea water during high tide times), removing all loose particles, laitance, oil, greese, sea weed etc., before application of levelling putty complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L forapplication of single component, polymer modified, cementitious mortar of Rendroc FC (M/s Fosroc) or techno commercial equivalent or make as approved by GE in new/old surface imperfections of average thickness3mmcomplete all as specified and as directed . |
| 17 | M&L for application of high performance aliphatic acrylate based protective and decorative coating on vertical concrete surfaces of jetty sea face wall with two coats of Deck guard \"S\" of Fosroc or make as approved by GE over a coat of Deckguard primer or make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Note :- The above items are to be executed in the galleries of the jetties (Restriced work environment).The rates quoted shall be considered for all the safety gear, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in all the items. |
