Dismantling and removing lime concrete flooring 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with in 50 m lead.

Supplying all labour, material T&P for providing P.C.C.(1:2:4) using 12mm size H.B.G. chips including hoisting and laying etc. all complete including cost, conveyances, and royalty of all materials to site and curing as per PW specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 60 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make , design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP- 63: 2018.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Tata GI , MS round Railing with 50 mm size and 3.60 mm thick( hand rail,(0.9 mtr distance main Balustrate)Newel) and 25 mm size of , 4 mm thickness (Balustrate) conveyance, taxes of all materials labour T&P etc required for the completion in all respect.

Painting two coat with any approved paint including cost of paint over one coat priming for steel work.

Providing and fixing of Anti skid floor tiles of size 300 x300 mm in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
