AMF panel board shall be equipped with automatic load transfer scheme comprising of three numbers of microprocessor-based MCCB (03 Nos. 125 Amp. 4 pole, 25 KA, Icu=Ics=Icw for 1s), with provision of electrical interlock for changeover of supply (DG & Mains), TPN busbar of 200 Amp. of aluminium alloy with heat shrinkable sleeves with 100% Neutral rating, AMF logic relay, auxiliary relays, timer, suitable rating CT/PT other accessories etcto fully accomplish the functions described below.All relays shall be numeric type in dust tight enclosures.Auxiliary relays and timers shall be plug in type with dust tight enclosures.Incomer MCCBs shall be effectively interlocked so that one is tripped before the other can be closed.All MCCBs shall be microprocessor based and having short circuit, over current and earth fault protection for the AMF panel. All other relays and components shall be of approved makes capable of reliable operation with a high degree of precision. |

The pole structural design shall be as per ILE TR7 considering the wind speed as per IS:875, the HT steel for construction should be as per BSEN10025 grade S355Jo, hot dip galavansing on both internal and external surfaces as per IS 2629/IS 2633/IS4759 with average coating thickness of 70 microns through a single diping process. The pole shall also be provided with hindged / clained flush door of approx 500mm length at an elevation of 1m from the base plate with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening. Each pole shall be complete with a Bakellite sheet complete with DIN rail, 10 amps, DP MCB, Screwless DIN mounting Connectors suitable for upto 16 sq.mm. terminations complete with DIN bar, shoting links, end locks etc as required and 3 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable from junction box to the luminaire complete including 1 No.3( three) terminations with insulated copper lugs etc as required.The pole shall be with suitable size of GI base plate, 600 mm long \"J\" type GI foundation bolts of min. 20 mm dia each with three GI nuts and two GI washersetc complete as per drawing. The pole shall have a minimum OAF of 130 mm at bottom and 70 mm at top. The pole shall have a minimum sectionthickness of 3 mm. The pole shall be fabricated in a single section and shall be provided with necessary gussets of 12 mm thickness at the bottom. The installation shall include making RCCfoundation suitable for a soil bearing capacity of 5 Ton/ Cum. Foundation should be with provision of cable entry and exit by providing 2 no\"s of 40mm HDPE pipe through the PCC work as required in site (Design & drawing must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge) complete as required. |
