| 4 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6(1 part cement : 2 parts coarse sand : 4 parts graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size),including the cost of centering and shuttering, etc.,complete. |

| 7 | Filling with contractor’s own earth (excluding rock) in open areas, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in thickness, consolidating each layer by ramming and watering,with a lead up to 50 m and a lift up to 1.5 m,all as directed by the Site Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of colour-coated roofing steel sheets of TATA, Jindal,or an approved equivalent,0.40 mm thick,of the approved size and colour,including the cost of 2½\" GI pipe (16 gauge) used as columns,fixed with a sufficient and strong concrete base.The work shall include all accessories required for completing the roofing work,such as tap screws with self-drilling fasteners,J-hooks/L-hooks,nuts,washers,etc.The GI framework shall be fixed with MS plates and anchor bolts on the concrete base,including the cost of appropriate purlins,rafters,trusses,MS plates,angles,etc.,to complete the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Provide 6\" square rainwater down-gutters with all related fittings for draining water to ground level.The rate includes cutting,hoisting,fixing in position,and applying two coats of enamel paint over one coat of approved steel primer,including welding,etc.,complete.Use (2\"×1½\") rafters and (1½\"×1\") purlins of 18-gauge Jindal/Appolo/Tata GI sections.The work is proposed to be carried out at ground level only. |
| 9 | Supplying,fabricating and fixing GI hollow rectangular/square sections (25x25x2,38x38x2 mm etc.); applying two coats enamel paint after a priming coat of approved steel primer,including welding,grinding to get smooth finishetc. complete as perdirections of the CDAC official.Brand: TATA/Appolo/Jindal or approved equivalent. |
