After that it shoud painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:1.5(Cement) :-(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite or equivalent, (ii)Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika or equivalent(iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC or equivalentNote-Surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day.(d) Now (d) Now apply one coat of the following compound mixed with cement ratio in 1(selected compound):1.5(cement) with fiber mess (Glass woolen fabric 20x20 microns) (e)Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface.These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer instructions :-(i) Fidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite or equivalent, (ii)Sika Top Seal-107 of M/s Sika or equivalent(iii) Brush Bond of M/s FOSROC or equivalentNote : Both coats should be perpendicular to each otherand gap between two coats shall be monimum 6 hours.(f)Sprinkle loose cement mortar ratio 1:4 mixed with Zero number after second coat while surface is tacky.Note : (i) Surface should be allowed to be air dried one day.(ii) Curing the prepaired surface for two times in a 7 days before plastering (iii) Item will be executed by authorised applicator of selected /approved by company only.(iv) Every Stage of work will be approved by Engr-in-Chargethen only next layer will be executed by contractor. |
