| 10 | Dismantling of existing Machine without damaging any of the parts of the installed Machine (disassembling ,if required is also in the scope of contractor) and relocating at new proposedlocation in workshop. Dismantling and removing the Machine from foundation including removing anchor bolts and/or base frame. Preparation and submission of drawings for Base frame layout i.e. bolt to bolt distance, dia & length of anchor bolts, size of base frame, electrical conduit layout, level of machine base frame with respect to floor level and any other detail required for fixing the machine in new location. The drawing shall be made and submitted by the Contractor for designing of foundations by consultant. Work shall also include transportation from existing location to new location , loading unloading in safe condition,( re‐assembling of machine if required) Installation at new location, Levelling and alignment of machine, fixing of base frame or grouting of anchor bolts, providing and installation of vibration pads (if required), electrical conduting, cabling works upto the respective PDB , etc. complete in all respects. Work shall include all Civil, electrical, mechanical and associates works for relocating, recommissioning the machine at new location. (Payment of RCC foundation works, grouting, electrical conduting and cabling works external to machine shall be paid as per respective SOR item). The responsibility of dismantling (disassembling if required) of existing machine, transportation, installation ,reassembling (if required) and commissioning of Machine at new location shall be of the Contractor Scope.All work shall be completed as per as per drawing and direction of Engineer‐in‐charge. | 39 | Providing and applying wallcare Putty on plastered surfaces on internal walls for smooth and dry surface essential for painting, after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface The substrate should be clean free from dust grease and loose materials. Dry and absorbent surfaces should be moistened with sufficient quantity of clean water. Apply the first coat on already moistened wall surface from bottom to upward direction uniformly. After drying of first coat of putty just rub the surface gently with west sponge or rub the surface very gently with the putty blade in order to remove the loose particles. Allow the surface to dry for atleast 3 hours and then apply second coat of putty. Leave the surface to dry completely. After drying of second coat remove marks if any with the help of moist sponge or rub the surface very gently with the putty blade. Leave the surface to dry preferably for overnight.The total thickness of the coats should be limited to maximum 1.5mm. |
