Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacrue to give an even shade including scraping finishing the old surface putting over a coat of lime putty, removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and reparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete: One or more coats on old work. Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a) after surface preparation first layer of slurry of @0.488kg Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253kg/ Sqm (b) laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10cm (c) third layer of 1.56mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.670kg. sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289kg/ sqm this will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours the entrie treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet wall all around (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately) for the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specification : two or more coats applied on wall @ 1.25litre/ 10sqmover and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75ltire/ 10sqm outer area of circle office building.(This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requriment of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre horizontal and vertidcal tubes joints with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.s. tubes challis M.s. clamps and staircase system etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and or pointing and or applying chemical and removing it there after the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails including a coat of approved primer on one face and fixed on wooden/ steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) 12mm thick commercial ply conforming.(This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickenss over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)
