7	M & L for Chipping of 25-30 mm average thickness unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead. further applying polymer based bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete /masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified mortar with two coats of approved make as per manufacturer specifications. Laying of polymer modified mortar shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete.further applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab / columns / beams / chajjas / parapet / roof projection/balcony/staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair polymer modified mortar approved make (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications ) capable of applying up to 25-30 mm thick in singlelayer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness. its material consumption is 50kg/sqm for 25-30 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..Note : The quoted rate by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 mtr height.

9	M & L for Chipping of 12-15 mm average thickness unsound/weak plaster concrete material from slabs, beams, columns/break work, masonery wall etc. with manual Chisel or by standard power driven percussion type machine of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed surface with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead. further applying 12-15 mm Ready to use plaster approved make or equivalent. Its excellent replacement to conventional plaster and conforms to IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963, It can be applied using trowels or spatula like in conventional system. can be applied for 15 mm thickness in a single layer for thickness above 15mm multiple layer is recommended. Water powder ratio is 16-19% by weight, compressive strength @ 28 days in 10-12Mpa, Material consumption 20-25kg/Sqm for 12-15mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 mtr height.
10	S&F chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge supplied and fixed on wall ceiling with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11	M&L for Cleaning & applying rust remover of approved make in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 6-8 sq. mtr/ltr not less than 50 microns dft with approved make to reinforcement surface as per manufacturer’s instructions including all scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and clearing of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12	Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm up to 200mm or as per 10D formula in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce new steel bars for ceiling, columns, beams, sunshades, balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using approved make fixing and anchoring compound but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 16mm dia. Note: Steel/reinforcement shall be paid and measured separately).
13	M & L for applying injection grouting through the nozzles. Drilling the holes of 12mm dia up to 100mm deep and fixing of nozzle of 10mm with using approved make hardener chemicals. Inject the polymer based cement grout approved make grout with cement to RCC wall/ceiling in adequate pressure and seal the nozzle complete as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14	M&L Mild steel TMT bars5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bendingspirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including dismantling of existing bar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Additional Reinforcement:In the case of the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 \"U\" shaped bars. 156	M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground level connected to 4.00 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing workand 15 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection connected to electrical equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly and earth chamber as shown in elect plate No 2 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge. Note : Testing of earthingof any type, after disconnecting from test point and other loops by using ISI marked digital/Analog earth tester of reputed make and test result shall beentered in a Earth Testing register and put up to the Engr-in-Charge after testing complete all as specified and directed.Test result for item No. 7 and all earthing in schedule to be provided to Engr-in-Charge before completion of work. Earth tester to be provided by the contractor himself.
