Providing & Laying \"brick coba\" 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30cm x cm and side wall parapet shall be mono tythic plaster wall upto 30 higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonary coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound@2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour, T&P etc complete for proper comletion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in pavement as per design thick for c.c. road coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity &appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material & concrete etc.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. as per S.I. No. 284 of Ch. 5.
