| 10 | Supplying, designing and fixing tensile fabric of weight not less than 950 GSM. It has tensile strength (warp/weft) 420/400 daN/5cm & tensile resistance (warp/weft) 55 /50 daN. This should also include cutting, welding and cables, plates and necessary hardware for fixing the fabric as approved shape as per drawing, membrane shall be cut and manufactured with high frequency PVC welding machine over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Swage End, Fork, Membrane Plates, GI Flat Bar etc. with necessary tensioning material etc complete. Job includes : (i) All fittings & fixtures such as Swage End & Fork are in SS 304 grade. (ii) All fittings & fixtures such as membrane plates, flat bar?s & cables are galvanized. (iii) All patterns should be cut from single sheet of fabric. (iv) Min. 40 mm width welding on high frequency machines. (v) All patterns should be single laid. (vi) All panels should be cleaned & marked before packing. (vii) Details of seams on the membrane. (viii) Details of tensioning & clamping of the membrane.
