The scope of work under this AMC shall cover the complete maintenance of the CCTV system installed within IGNCA premises, comprising:176 CCTV Cameras03 NVR Units15 Nos 08 TB Hard Disks08 Nos 24 Port PoE Switch Make DLink03 Nos 16 Port PoE Switch Make DLink 03 Nos 55 inch LED Panel14 Nos Fibre Optic ModuleAssociated Network SwitchesThe contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality of the entire surveillance system, which includes:Preventive and Corrective Maintenance – Regular inspection, cleaning, configuration checks, and timely repair/replacement of defective components.Replacement of Faulty Equipment – Cameras, NVRs, wiring, network switches, hard disks, or any other accessory shall be replaced at no additional cost whenever required.System Uptime – Any faulty component must be rectified/replaced immediately to maintain continuous monitoring coverage.Consumables and Spares – All spare parts, accessories, and materials needed for repair or replacement shall be included in the AMC cost.Note: The AMC cost shall be all-inclusive, and no extra payment shall be made beyond the agreed contract value.
