| 9 | M&L for following works :- (a) Disconnection of defective compressor from base including removing the suction valve, discharge valve / liquid injection line, oil valve, refrigerant piping. (b) Defective compressor - loading / unloading from base to ground and lifting/ shifting/ loading of compressor in vehicle and transportation from site to authorised workshop for repair. (c) After repairing of compressor - collection of compressor, transport to original installed on site.(d) Fixing of compressor on base, fixing of suction valve, discharge valve, NRV, liquid line injection valve, vapor injection valve oil & refrigerant piping connection installation & testing complete all as specified and as directed.(e) Pressure testing, leakage testing in all system and rectification of leakage, if any. (f) Dismantling and removing of chiller, both side end, and MS pipe line and again taking the leak test of the chillers tubes after fixing the cork and repairing of leak tube through dead plug. (g) Taking the hydraulic test of the chiller and taking the leak test after replacing Copper tube all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning / flushing the chillers shell with CTC chemical, cleaning/flushing the condenser shell with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line, oil separator tank, NRV by using nitrogen and CTC chemical. (j) Vaccumising / dehydration of the system upto 10 days with cold trap/ice/salt complete. |
| 10 | Description of serial item No. 9.00 contd…(k) Pressure testing in the system, taking/ rectifying the leaks and holding the pressure including of nitrogen gas cylinder, vaccumising the system and holding of 24 Hrs, break the vaccum with R-134 and revaccum the system. | 31 | Dismantling and strip opening of unserviceable centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP, segregating of serviceable/ unserviceable parts, cleaning of serviceable parts, making necessary modification/ lathe work for converting seal packing into gland packing, replacing old seal cap by new Cast Iron gland cap, assembling of pump carefully including replacement of worn-out parts grinding and polishing of shaft for fixing of bushes necking bushes nut and bolts etc. Making proper size of keys for fixing of impeller etc, getting coupled to the pump with motor, testing for rated discharge of water including transportation to the site for installing complete all as specified and as directed.Notes :- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) The rate quoted shall include the minor extras. In case of any dispute between contractor & GE regarding this aspect, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Spare parts for repair shall be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for spare parts catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. |
