1	Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store andrubbish to a distance exc. 2.5 Km and n. exc. 5 Km all as specified and as directed.
2	Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floors)and removing the debris to a distance exc. 2.5 Km and n. exc. 5 Km complete all as specified and directed.
3	M&L PCC 25 mm thick, type B-1, 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggreage as in levelling the undulated floor area etc. complete all as specified and directed.
4	M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick with spacers area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors installationand fixed with neat cement slurry and joints filled with epoxy joint sealent matching colourto match with tile colour laid over and including screed bed in CM (1:6) 15mm thick all as specified and as directed.
5	M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade etc. laid over and including screed bed in CM (1:6) 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
6	All as per item No 5 above but as on vertical surfaces of a Dados, skirting including necessary cutting etc. over and including backing coat/ rendering in CM (1:4) 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
7	M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured min 7 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in dado/skirting and riser to steps and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including backing coat/ rendering in CM (1:4) 10mm thick complete etc. all as specified and as directed.
8	Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in platforms, floors, aprons laid in cement mortor etc andrubbish off the premises etc.all as specified and as directed.
9	M&L for Granite 18mm thick (of any type) work (Rounded at edges and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite as approved by GE, (incl providing of one hole 20mm dia to each Granite cooking platform for LPG Gas pipe) fixed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including screed bed in CM (1:4) 20mm thick all as specified and as directed.
10	M & L20 to 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring/ landings over and including 15mm th screed base in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
11	All as per item no 10 above but as in staircase treads & risers and providing 03 Nos full length anti slip groves to each tread complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each tread and riser provided in one single piece.
12	M&L machine cut polished kota stone 12 to 16 mm thick over and including cement screed in CM (1:4) 15mm thick as in skirting/dado laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

14	M&L for60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade all as specified and as directed.Note:- Colour pattern and sizeto be approved byGE.
15	M&L 50 mm thick cushion of coarse aggregate of size 6.3 mm and below, spread, rammed and levelled to receive paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.
16	M&L for 75 mm thick PCC1:4:8 type D2 (usng 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base lean concrete all as specified and as directed.
17	M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B0 (usng 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs, coving, coping mud stops ,rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
18	M&L for chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the soffit of RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars, removingthe debris with in a lead of 100 meters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

21	M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd or equivalent) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
22	M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 withwater proofing compound over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete blocks surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed.Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.
23	M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including scafoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing , support complete all as specified. 203	NOTE for item No 189 to 202: (a) The above repairs/replacement works shall has to be carried out through OEM Authorized service agency only i.e M/s Thyssen Lifts Private Limited.(b) Necessary MOU with OEM service agency shall has to be concluded before commencement of work after acceptance and to be produced before issue of work order.(c) Necessary tests and tests/commissioning shali has to be done by OEM and certificates to be submitted before completion of work.(d)General checkup all electrical wiring with all accessoriess and replacement of minor spares like nuts, bolts, wheshers etc complete work all as specified and as directed Engineer in charge.

212	Supply and fix in repairs of sheet metal enclosure distribution board, triple pole and neutral, vertical type. AC, 415 volt 04 way with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar and double door complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following(a) MCCB, 125 Amps, 04 pole, AC, 415 Volts of 25 KA breaking capacity complete 01 No(b) MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts of 06 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, \"C\" Curve capacity complete - 12 Nos.
213	M&L for scrabbing and cleaning the existing electric meter panel board comple and applying two coats of Enamel painting incl one coat of primer painting by using spray paint incl taking down existing energy meters of 10/12 Nos and refixing complete incl necessary wiring circuit between meter and MCB DB VTPN with 06 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, attend any minor repairs like hinges welding etc compler all as per direction of Engr in charge.
