Algae and fungus on the wall to be removed by using high pressure wash or coir brush and shall be treated with fungicidal solution, all surface cracks upto 5 mm width shall be treated with fungicidal solution and filled up with crack-X-paste. Crack more than 5 mm and all seperation gaps should be filled up with URP modified mortar or as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- 1. Application for vertical surface fresh plaster or repainting on old prepared surfaces.2. Use it directly from the container. stir contents well before use.3. Brush/roller apply a self priming coat of it on the vertical wall surface in SSD condition, diluting 1 litre with 100 ml clean potable water. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours.4. Apply a coat of it without dilution as waterproof top coat, either by roller or brush with force coverage at the rate of 3.7-4.1 Sqm/litre to achieve DFT of 100-110 microns. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hrs lighter shades of white base on the top of dark colours need additional coat for finishing.5. An additional coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces like the top of windows, ledges, parapet wall etc allow the coating to full air cure for 7 days. |
