21	Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panels made of core material of EPS granule balls/beads (conforming to IS 4671:1984 and shall have density not less than 15kg per cum) adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other bonding material in mortar state processed to form in a preset mould. The outer face on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fiber cement board confirming to IS 14862:2000 or Calcium silicate board confirming to EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. 220	Supply, Installation, earthing, glanding, termination of incoming and outgoing cables/wires at luminaire , testing and commissioning of lighting luminaires and other accessories suitable for outdoor installation. This shall include transportation from owner\"s issue point to actual place of installation by contractor\"s own lifting & transporting arrangement, unpacking, assembly of luminaries, drilling etc. as required, all labour and material complete as per drawings, specification of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Class T3.# Trailing cables, wires as required (except the incoming power cables to Feeder Pillar Box / MCB Distribution Box).# Supply shall include commissioning spares as required (List shall be provided by bidder). Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of the mast, lighting fixtures, outdoor lighting panel, trailing cables to be submitted along with the bid.
