| 6 | Cleaning, Sweeping and removing vegetation, garbage i/c collection and carriage of rubbish, vegetation/fallen leafs, garbage, etc by rehri/rickshaw from the dda office complex area at D-2 and dispose it off outside the office complex area to the nearest mcd dustbin, as per municipal requirement without any extra cost to DDA. This Exercise shall be carried out on working day basis to keep premises clean. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site). |

| 8 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.Conditions :-1.The agency must deploy requisite number of manpower mentioned above daily at the work site. In case of absence of any environment assistant from duty or or if work is unsatisfactory then an amount of Rs. 1500/- per person per day will be recovered from the contractor’s bill. a) Sweeping and mopping of all the office rooms shall be done minimum twice a day. b) Sweeping and cleaning of all toilets of all the office buildings shall be done minimum twice a day. 2. The tools & materials for cleaning & sweeping shall be supplied in advance by agency at their own cost and all the materials must be of approved brand.3. The toilets should be maintained extremely sanitized every working day so that there shall not be any foul smell coming from it.4. The agency shall be responsible to remove garbage, all the wastepaper or any other rubbish material collected during course of sweeping/ cleaning from the premises and disposeit off outside the office premises as per municipal requirement without anyextra cost to DDA. This Exercise shall be carried out on daily basis to keep premises clean.5. Agency must submit details of staff deployed on its letter head before start of work, also copy of photo ID proof of the deployed staff at site.6. If the contractor fails to arrange and supply ingredients/ material sufficiently for use of cleaning and sweeping, controlling officer can spend it directly and recovery of an amount Rs. 1500/- per daywill be recovered from the contractor’s bill.7. Contractor shall provide the hand wash liquid of approved brand in all toilets.8. The final percentage rates quoted by the agency/bidder must incorporate the requirements of minimum wages circulated by GNCTD or by Govt. of India whichever is higher plus GST as applicable. Failing to meet this requirement, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive.9. In case any, Challan from MCD/NGT/CPCB/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the Agency. |
